3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing times vary between 3–14 business days depending on stock availability.

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees & import duties, which must be paid by the customer.

4. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products.

Digital Products

  • All purchases of digital products, courses, and downloadable content are non-refundable. Once purchased, digital items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Personal Care & Hygiene Products

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

    • Body care products (scrubs, oils, lotions, shower steamers, etc.)

    • Custom or made-to-order products

    • Sale or clearance items
