No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales of digital products, courses, and downloadable content are final.
Once purchased, digital products cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

No Returns on Personal Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Body care products (scrubs, oils, lotions, shower steamers, etc.)

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lianamichaelsbeaute.com with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue.
